Basic Hall Rental * $50 per hour with three hour minimum Weekend Rental (Weddings, etc.)
$400 This includes decorating on Friday, all day Saturday before the event, and 4 hours on Sunday (after 11:00 a.m. for clean-up)
*With bartender additional $10 per hour.
Non-refundable $100.00 deposit due at the time of booking. Balance due 2 weeks prior to event. Cleaning deposit of $50.00. Cleaning deposit will be refunded when all cleanup is completed to our satisfaction. The hall must be left in the same condition as you found it including tables and chairs.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Brickhouse Bar & Grill. Pop may be purchased for $1.00 each when a bartender is present.
Please inform your guests that event parking is available behind the Sebring Fire Station. If you park in front of the Fire Station, you will be towed.
